i found you through the google map at mrs. wheelbarrow.  while i&#039;m not doing any of the charcuterie things, i&#039;m following them and reading the book.  your stuff looks delicious.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Yea, granpa, actually had mustard greens with my bacon.  First time for mustard greens.  They take a lot of work to make them taste good.  May not have them again. The savory bacon was pretty salty.  I evidently didn’t rinse it enough before I cooked it.  I read that I can boil it in water for a little bit to get rid of some of the salt.  Otherwise it reminded me of Canadian Bacon.  The maple bacon was pretty good- like maple Canadian bacon.
